Sytner Group has announced that three colleagues have claimed the top spot for two CitNOW Digital Spotlight Awards.
These awards were for the efforts that colleagues have put in in 2021 and showcases the best in video in the automotive industry.
Jessica Richardson, New Car Sales Executive at Nottingham BMW, won the ‘best vehicle showcase video’ for her video of the BMW X3 where she talks through some of the features and details of the vehicle in a clear, concise and friendly manner.
Phil Barrett, BMW Technician at Sytner Tring, was awarded with the ‘people’s choice’ award in aftersales. His video was a complimentary vehicle health check for a customer whose car was in for an MOT. This video was fantastically detailed, explaining to the customer how things were measured and allows the aftersales team to be truly transparent.
Finally, Nick Giles, BMW Technician at Sytner Tring, received the ‘best VHC video’, again, focusing on a vehicle health check with a focus on the tyres and breaks of a specific car. This is a great video again, with an abundance of detail so that the customer is able to understand the results and the process.
